The Artist
Dorit Amit, born in ISRAEL, has been involved with art since her youth.
She studied in the "AVNI School for Art" under the guidance of several known artists in
ISRAEL.

At some point she decided to combine her knowledge in art with the need to help people, so she turned to the Art Therapy field. She studied in "Ramat Hasharon" school, and worked with children in the "Sheba Medical Center".
A few years ago, Dorit had a "reunion" with the clay, which she knew so well many years before, and she started to create figures in clay, expressing her unique and humorous look on the people surrounding her.

Dorit's studio is located at her home in KFAR HANAGID, a small village south of the city of TEL AVIV, where she spends many hours doing her art work.
